A based in Greece diversified group of companies, engulfing the following activities:

Oil Tank Farm .(MAMIDOIL - JETOIL) the largest private oil depo in Greece, located in Thessaloniki in Northern Greece, of 190,000 cubic meters capacity, with private mooring facilities, railway linkage, throughput capacity of over 2,000,000 MTS per annum and is the major supplier of Crude Oil to the Scopjia Refinery.

Retailing of Petroleum Products. MAMIDOIL - JETOIL is a Greek Oil trading and distribution company which supplies the local market with all grades of Petroleum Products. It controls a network of 550 petrol and gas stations in Greece and has a share of 6% in the Greek Market.

Bunkering. MAMIDOIL - JETOIL The bunkering branch of the company operates in all Greek ports and offshore at open sea and enjoys 15% of the market share in Greece. Bunkering is performed with company owned specialized open sea vessels owned by JET - TANK MARITIME COMPANY , another company belonging to the group.

International Shipping. STYGA COMPANIA NAVIERA, the managing company of the Mamidakis Brothers' fleet, is a Panamanian Shipping Company and operates Bulk Carriers (with self discharging capabilities), straight tankers and coastal product carriers.

Shipping Agency. MAMITANK, undertakes all kind of agency work from its Greek office and is based in Piraeus.

Ship brokerage service. SAMBELO LIMITED , is the house broker of STYGA Compania Naviera , the shipping company of the Mamidakis Brothers group. Sampelo's office is located in London from where it performs most of the brokerage service for STYGA Compania Naviera.

Tourist Enterprises. HERMES S.A., manages two hotels in Aghios Nicolaos on the Greek island of Crete. Hotel Hermes is a class A hotel with a total capacity of 400 beds and Hotel Coral is a class B hotel with a total capacity of 350 beds.

Agroindustrial Enterprises. VITOM S.A. is a Greek Vegetable and Fruit Processing and Canning Factory located at Koufalia (35 km outside the port of Thessaloniki) in Northern Greece, which produces tomato paste, canned tomatoes and canned fruits which are primarily exported to E.U. countries and Japan. It has a capacity of 20,000 MTs of canned products per annum.

Banking . EGNATIA BANK is a newly established Greek commercial bank in which the Mamidakis Brothers group owns part of the shares together with 7 other major investors. Currently it operates 18 branches all over Greece, owns a stock broking firm and covers all banking activities with emphasis in Retail banking in Northern Greece.
