STYGA Compania Naviera, the managing company of the Mamidakis Brothers group fleet, is a Panamanian Shipping company established in 1968 and registered under Law 89 in Greece. It has a staff of twenty two (22) people in its Piraeus office consisting of Mr I. Prokopakis, the Managing Director (a member of the Mamidakis family), a Fleet Manager, three Port Captains / Operators, all of them qualified Master Mariners with first class tickets, and two Port Engineers with first class Chief Engineer certificates. It has a Claims and Legal Department with one house lawyer and one post fixture and claims assistance. Its Financial Department consists of two people for Management Accounting and five people for book keeping, internal auditing and checking. There are three secretaries, two clerks in the Agency Department and one officer in the Supply Department.

The above staff is working for the Management and Operation of the Deep Sea Vessels and the Coastal Bunkering Tankers.

All operations , vessels performance, technical, suppliers , crew claims, accounting and chartering are fully computerized. The company has been engaged into the 1S0 9000/ISM accreditation with the Norwegian Classification Det Norske Veritas.
