ELKA is a body in the wider public sector concerned with promoting harmonious collaboration between the State and Silver- and Goldsmiths. Founded by EOMMEX and the Attic Association of Silver- and Goldsmiths, ELKA plans to widen par- ticipation to a11 bodies involved in Silver- and Goldsmithing in order to further the development of the profession.
